First process: Laminating
The PE particles are melted at the high temperature (300 to 400 degrees) of the PE-coated machine, then onto the surface of the paper, at last composited after cooling to be PE-coated paper.
Second process: Silicon Laminating
Coating machine release silicone of around 6 grams per square meter on the PE-coated paper, then composited after the cooling system.
Third process: Glue Coating
Coating machine release silicone of around 6 grams per square meter on the PE-coated paper, then composited after the cooling system.
Last process: Cutting
According to the needs of customers, slitting the jumbo roll of self-adhesive label materials into small rolls of different specifications. Some customers need sheets, so we can cut the rolls into sheets to meet difference customers' requirements.
